Heather Esson is currently the Associate Director of Network Pricing at Optum, where they leverage their expertise in pricing strategy, finance, budgeting, and operations management. With a strong track record in analyzing business models to drive growth and cost reduction, they have successfully led teams through process changes and training initiatives. Prior to their current role, Heather held positions at OptumInsight, AIM Healthcare Services, Inc., and OptumHealth, where they managed client relationships and provided financial analysis for healthcare pricing. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Healthcare Management, and Marketing from the University of Mount Union and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
