Heather Ramsay

Heather Ramsay, CPC, completed AAPC certified CPC training and Practicode, earning the CPC certification from AAPC in April 2025. They currently work as an HCC Risk Adjustment Coder at Optum while developing strong oral communication and organizational skills as a childcare provider since 2009. Heather holds a high school diploma from Whitehall High School and has completed coursework in Anatomy & Physiology at Lehigh Carbon Community College. Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office, they are now transitioning into the healthcare field with a focus on medical coding.
