Heather Rotan

Heather Rotan is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in contracting and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Payor Contracting at Optum since March 2025, Heather has previously held key roles such as Director of Contracting at Desert Oasis Healthcare and Executive Director at the Centers of Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. Previous to these positions, Heather worked at Equality Health for over two years in several leadership roles focused on practice transformation and performance. Heather's healthcare career also includes experience as a Facility Administrator at DaVita Kidney Care. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
