Heidi H. possesses extensive experience in provider relations and engagement, having held multiple roles at Optum from 2012 to 2016, including Provider Relations Advocate, Director of Provider Engagement, Provider Engagement Manager, and Senior Provider Relations Advocate. Prior to this, Heidi served as a Social Services Case Manager for the State of Georgia and as an Outside Marketing Representative at Noble Village Senior Living. Additionally, experience includes working in social services at Life Care Centers of America. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
