Isabel Pipes

Isabel Pipes is a Senior Systems Analyst at Optum, bringing extensive experience in testing support and analysis throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Previously, Isabel has worked as a consultant in both functional testing and business analysis for the Vermont Health Benefit Exchange, where responsibilities included developing test scripts and facilitating client workshops. In the Michigan MAGI project, Isabel served as the Testing Lead for the Oracle Rule Base, honing skills in data analysis and client collaboration. Isabel earned a BBA in Business Systems and Finance from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence at The Johns Hopkins University.
