Jack Gilson is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Optum since February 2023, Jack has been with the company since May 2018, initially as a Software Engineer. Prior roles include leading a Drupal 8 development team for the Indiana University Serve IT Clinic, where Jack implemented agile workflows and improved user interfaces through design feedback.
