Jackie Ruffing

Jackie Ruffing, MHA, is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in cultivating high-performing teams that enhance clinical excellence. They began their career in the hospitality sector at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and later transitioned to Montage Hotels & Resorts, where they held roles in guest relations and experience management. Jackie advanced to roles in healthcare, serving as Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations at Regal Medical Group and Regional Director of Operations at Optum's Surgical Care Affiliates. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Clinical Excellence at Optum while pursuing a Master of Health Administration at West Coast University.
