Jacob Waller

Jacob Waller is currently the Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Optum. They previously held positions such as Senior Software Engineer at Pearson VUE and Software Engineer at multiple firms, including Forsythe Technology and Ackmann & Dickenson, Inc. Jacob began their career as a Web Developer at Marathon Multimedia and completed an internship at The Nerdery. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Programming from Brown College, followed by a degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
