James Freisinger

James Freisinger, MBA, MSDS, is currently the Director of Analytics at Optum, where they apply over a decade of experience in healthcare data analytics. Previously, they held roles such as Senior Manager, Data Analytics at Optum and Coordinator of Revenue Cycle Integrity at Saint Joseph Health System. James has effectively collaborated with hospital managers to improve efficiency through data reporting and has managed teams focused on reducing denial trends. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Valparaiso University and Indiana University South Bend, respectively, along with a Master of Science in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
