James Grover

James Grover is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Technology at Optum UK since August 2013, where strategic technology leadership and team development have been key focuses in enhancing service delivery to the NHS and patients. Previously, James held the position of Head of Global Technology Infrastructure at Optum UK, responsible for scalable infrastructure services across various regions, including the UK, APAC, and Latin America. Prior roles include Senior Information Technology Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group and Ultracomms, and Head of Technology Infrastructure at Vangent, Inc., where James concentrated on technical services for diverse business processing products. James started his career as an Operations Manager at Ultra Communications and a Support Engineer at Babel Telecom. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Executive Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from The Open University.
