Jay Sims

Jay Sims, MBA, has extensive experience in product management and leadership within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Optum, Jay previously held similar director roles at Change Healthcare, focusing on Payer Communications, and TriZetto Healthcare Products, overseeing TranZform. Earlier in the career, Jay was Associate Vice President of Delivery at Quadrant 4 System Corporation and Vice President of Implementation and Technology at EmpowHR, LLC, which was acquired by Quadrant 4. Jay earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
