Jaylyn White, MA, PMP, LMHC, is a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare strategy, product innovation, and mental health therapy. Currently serving as a Senior Policy and Capability Manager at Optum, Jaylyn has previously held key positions at CVS Health and Gemini Clinical Associates, where they advanced service strategies and operational efficiencies in behavioral health. Jaylyn's expertise spans strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, complemented by a recent certification from Harvard Medical School in AI/Machine Learning in Health Care. Additionally, they have directed significant programs at the American Cancer Society and Washington DOC, focusing on community health initiatives. Jaylyn is currently pursuing a B.A. at Antioch University and an M.A. at Pacifica Graduate Institute.
