Jeff Huth

Jeff Huth is a social impact leader with over 10 years of experience in developing award-winning programs and cross-sector partnerships. They founded and led the JP4 Foundation, growing its annual revenue from $10K to $750K and serving over 600 youth each year while securing nearly $4 million in funding. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Optum, following their role as a Teacher in ISD 279, where they implemented culturally responsive programming and mentored students. Jeff holds multiple degrees in Urban Education, including a Master’s Degree from Metropolitan State University, and is passionate about equity and community investment.
