Jeff Liu

Jeff Liu is the EPMO Program Director at Optum, where they have demonstrated expertise in strategy creation and execution, as well as in forming strategic partnerships and delivering client services. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including IT PMO Manager at John Muir Health and Product Manager Team Lead at Kaiser Permanente Internet Services Group. Jeff's experience spans multiple sectors including healthcare and financial services, where they have implemented software applications and led program management teams. They are currently pursuing a B.S. at the University of California at Berkeley and an M.S. at Stanford University.
