Jesse X. Yang

Jesse X. Yang, MD, MPH, CPPS, is a Senior Physician Leader in Value-Based Care with extensive experience in quality and patient safety. They served as a Resident Quality and Patient Safety Officer at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and completed a Quality and Patient Safety Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Currently, Jesse is a member of the Board of Directors at VitalCheck Wellness, as well as holding positions with Medically Home and Somatus. They have also contributed to multiple councils and committees focused on health quality and disparities throughout their career.
