John Li

John Li is a Senior Director at Optum Insight, where they drive innovation and AI development in analytic products. Since 2019, John has managed a team of approximately 70 clinicians, data scientists, methodologists, and analysts, creating intelligence within a product suite that enhances financial measurement and care management delivery. Previously, John held leadership roles at Optum International and OptumHealth, and they contributed to public health as a PHPS Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. John earned a PhD from the University of Minnesota and holds an MPH from Tulane University and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
