John Moore is the Associate General Counsel at Optum, where they focus on contract creation and negotiation related to Workers’ Compensation PPO networks and cost containment services. They obtained a BBA in Marketing and a JD from the University of Kentucky, as well as an MBA from Bellarmine University. Previously, John co-founded Phillips Parker Orberson & Moore, practicing defense litigation in mass torts, products liability, and various business disputes. In addition to their legal work, John has served as an adjunct faculty member at multiple universities, teaching courses in Business Law, Negotiation, and Management.
