John Prassas

John Prassas has extensive experience in payor contracting and strategy, serving as Senior Vice President for the West and Pacific West regions at Optum from July 2021 to August 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of Vice President of Network Strategy at Kaiser Permanente Washington, focusing on provider contracting and integration from December 2017 to July 2021. Additional roles include Vice President of Contracting and Network Strategy at DaVita Medical Group, and Vice President of Provider Network Management at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon. John's career also includes a significant tenure as Vice President of Network Management at CIGNA.
