Jon Ostroushko

Jon Ostroushko has extensive experience in information security and IT support, currently serving as a Senior Information Security Manager at Optum since October 2020, where responsibilities also include roles as Senior Information Security Engineer and Security Consultant. Prior to this, Jon owned and operated Oshi Foods LLC / Hot Jam Truck in Saint Paul, MN, from August to October 2020. Jon's extensive tenure at Quality Bicycle Products spanned nearly 20 years, with roles including Desktop Application and IT Support Manager, overseeing IT support for over 800 employees, and technical ownership of enterprise collaboration systems and endpoint management. Jon's career began with various positions in IT support, including Help Desk roles and a Mac Admin, alongside experience in culinary arts obtained from Le Cordon Bleu College.
