Jon Schleder

Jon Schleder has extensive experience in strategic leadership within the healthcare sector, holding key positions such as Chief Strategy Officer for Optum Health Mid-Atlantic and Chief Strategy Officer for OptumCare in the New England/Midwest Region from July 2022 to December 2023. Prior to this, Jon served as Vice President of Strategy and Execution at UnitedHealthcare and Medicare Strategy Director for the New England region from February 2019 to August 2022. Jon also led Alaska Innovative Medicine, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer from August 2017 to December 2018 and worked with the Federal Aviation Administration as a Senior Engineer and Program Manager from March 2013 to August 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Ahtna Engineering Services, LLC. Jon holds degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Harvard University.
