Jordyn Bacon is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in program management and communication. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Communication Specialist and Marketing Program Manager at Optum since June 2019, Jordyn has successfully supported multiple workflows, assisted with vendor migrations, and identified substantial cost-saving opportunities, achieving over $250,000 in annualized savings in 2021 alone. Prior to Optum, Jordyn worked at Red Circle Agency in various roles, including Project Manager, overseeing project execution and communication among departments, and Account Coordinator, managing client interactions and ensuring project timelines were met. Jordyn holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of South Dakota.
