Josh Schultz

Josh Schultz is an experienced finance executive with over a decade of success in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Optum since 2020, Josh prepares management reporting and drives accurate forecasting processes. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Financial Consultant at Kaiser Permanente and a Financial Analyst at Catholic Health Initiatives, where they focused on performance improvement and financial analysis.
