Judith Edwards has extensive leadership experience in operations and strategic management, primarily in the healthcare and technology sectors. As the Sr. Director and Chief of Staff at Optum from 2018 to November 2024, Judith has successfully executed strategic business initiatives across multiple high-revenue divisions, overseeing substantial employee bases and leading significant cost reduction and productivity improvement activities. Prior roles include project management positions at Microsoft and various leadership roles at Safeco Insurance, demonstrating a strong background in customer experience and operational excellence. Judith holds dual Master's degrees in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
