Kamna Pant, ALMI, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in training and development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Solutions at Optum since July 2022, Kamna previously held the role of Associate Director of Training at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included managing training for India and Puerto Rico sites and leading content creation efforts. Kamna has an extensive background in training management and knowledge transfer, with a track record of successfully managing numerous process migrations and implementing knowledge management systems. Prior experience includes roles at Metlife and Vertex, focusing on training, process optimization, and quality assurance. Kamna holds a Post Graduate degree in Political Science from MDS University, Ajmer.
