Keith Redman is currently a Sr. Project Director for HEDIS at Optum, a position held since 2017. Previously, they served as the West Region Clinical Quality Manager II for Anthem, Inc. from 2014 to 2016 and as a Medical Management Systems Manager at Desert Oasis Healthcare from 1999 to 2012. Keith also co-chaired EZWRUG from 2006 to 2009 and held various roles including Regional HEDIS Manager and HEDIS Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group in 2014. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree from Cerro Coso Community College.
