Kelsey Hoffman has extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly in product strategy, operations, and policy analysis. As the Director of Product, Strategy & Innovation at Optum, Kelsey drives business development for Acute Care Engagement programs and oversees operational teams focused on reducing hospital reutilization. Previous roles include Manager of Affordability Operations and Associate Director at Optum, where Kelsey managed various initiatives to enhance clinical documentation and optimize facility utilization. Former experience at Sparrow Health System involved leadership in population health management and value-based care initiatives, including the launch of the Population Health Service Organization. Kelsey's career began at Wayne State University and the State of Michigan, focusing on health policy and Medicaid systems. Kelsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Political Science from Central Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Michigan State University.
