Kenny Kiser

Kenny Kiser is an experienced Executive Leadership Coach and product transformation leader, currently pursuing a Master of Psychology in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University. Previously, from 2018 to 2020, Kenny served as a Product Owner/Capability Manager at Optum, where they introduced a community of practice and streamlined operations within the organization. With a strong background in the performing arts, including roles as a singer and dancer, Kenny also held various leadership positions in product development and management across multiple healthcare organizations, driving innovation and collaboration.
