Kenya Brown, CSM, is a results-driven healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience in Managed Care, Medicaid, and Medicare. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Operations Commercial FWAE at Optum, they have previously held roles such as Sr. Market Engagement Manager and Data Consultant. Kenya is a Certified Scrum Master with expertise in regulatory compliance, Agile project management, and process optimization. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Strayer University, alongside Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Jackson State University and Tougaloo College.
