Kyle Azzara

Kyle Azzara is currently an Associate Director in the UnitedHealth Group Leadership Experience (ULE), where they focus on innovation and strategy within Optum Health, rotating to a new position every eight months. Previously, they have held roles including Director of Planning & Strategy and Business Analyst at Equiti Foods, utilizing their expertise in health solutions and food systems. Kyle is a proud alumnus of Penn State University and holds an MBA and an MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Their experience also includes working with THON, the world's largest student-run philanthropy, where they held multiple leadership positions.
