Kyle Harper

Kyle Harper, PMP, is a Senior Technical Project Manager at Optum Insight, currently supporting Allina Health information systems projects. With over 25 years of experience in project management, Kyle has effectively managed projects and met customer expectations. Previously, they served as a System Project Manager and Clinical Informaticist at Gundersen Health System, overseeing a wide range of applications and services. Additionally, Kyle has taught introductory computer design and Microsoft Office classes as a part-time professor at Western Wisconsin Technical College. Kyle holds a Master's degree in Education from Winona State University.
