Laura Dodge

Laura Dodge is a Senior Epidemiologist at Optum, bringing over 15 years of experience in leveraging real-world clinical data and managing cross-functional teams to produce high-quality research. They previously held roles as Division Director at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Assistant Professor at both Harvard Medical School and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Laura possesses an ScD in Epidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a MPH in Maternal and Child Health from Boston University, as well as a BSc in Biology from McGill University. In addition to their research expertise, they have demonstrated a commitment to mentorship and collaboration throughout their career.
