Lauri Oster

Lauri Oster is an experienced Director of Network Strategy and Innovation, recognized for a strong background in the hospital and healthcare industry. Lauri has held several leadership roles at Optum, including Director of Network Innovation & Engagement, where they led the implementation of core network strategies. Prior to that, Lauri worked at UnitedHealthcare in Provider Relations and as Director of Network Strategy and Innovation. They earned a B.A. in Psychology from The College of Santa Fe.
