Lilly Okoye

Lilly Okoye, MHA, is currently the Associate Director of Market Enablement at Optum, a position they began in 2025. Previously, Lilly held roles such as Administrative Resident at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children from 2019 to 2020, and Strategy Associate at Methodist Health System from 2022 to 2025. They also served as the Director of Professional Development at Excel Medical Career Training from 2016 to 2018, and as a Total Rewards Specialist at Scottish Rite for Children from 2020 to 2022. Lilly is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Trinity University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Psychology, Child & Family Studies, and Spanish.
