Lisa Hill, APRN-BC, is an experienced adult APRN currently serving as a Partner at Optum and holding the position of Chair for the Patient Care Assessment Committee in Psychiatry/BH. With a rich background in psychiatry, Lisa previously worked at Atrius Health from 2013 to 2023, where notable roles included Chief of Psychiatry and Chief of Behavioral Health at various practices, overseeing clinical operations and managing multidisciplinary teams. Lisa has demonstrated expertise in psychopharmacology, leadership, patient safety, and risk management throughout their career. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psych/Mental Health Nursing from Boston College while also working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Simmons University.
