Lori Halpern currently serves as Regional Vice President for Optum's Full Population Management in Georgia and Washington, D.C., and holds the position of Senior Vice President for Government Solutions and Business Development. Lori is also a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women leaders. As the Founder and President of Pounds of Clothes, Inc, a nonprofit organization, Lori focuses on connecting clothing donors with community organizations in need. Lori's extensive background includes leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare in various capacities spanning over a decade, including Executive Director of Dual Special Needs Plans and Medicaid Managed Medical Assistance Program, as well as Chief Operating Officer. Prior experiences include serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Social Service Coordinators and various compliance and operational roles with United Healthcare and Neighborhood Health Partnership. Lori is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
