Lu Shao

Lu Shao, CPA, is currently an Accounting Manager at Optum, a role they began in 2021 after serving as an Advanced Senior Accountant there from 2019 to 2021. They previously worked as a Revenue Tax Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Revenue, analyzing taxpayer financial data and enhancing audit procedures. Before that, Lu gained experience in assurance roles at Deloitte and other financial institutions, including an internship at McGladrey. They hold a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Bachelor of Management in Accounting from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
