Luke Leavitt

Luke Leavitt is the Director of Patient Access Operations at Optum, where they focus on leadership, process improvement, and team development to enhance customer service within Revenue Cycle departments. Previously, Luke held positions including Director of Patient Access Operations at Northern Light Health and Manager of Education & Training Quality at EMHS. They have also served as a Math and Science Instructor at Central High School and Rockland District High School. Luke earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Maine.
