Madhu S. is a seasoned C-Suite executive specializing in technology strategy and operations. They currently serve as the Chief Digital Officer at PBM operations and VP of Digital Product at Optum, while also founding a digital telehealth startup, Actora. Previously, Madhu held leadership roles at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc., EvinceMed Corp., and Rockwell Automation. Madhu earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Osmania University. They are also a member of Chief, an organization for women in executive roles.
