Marcus Green

Marcus Green is the Director at Optum, where they have been contributing since 2018 after serving as Analytics Director. Previously, Marcus worked as a Social and Economic Research Manager at Age UK from 2012 to 2017, leading research initiatives to support the organization’s goals for older people. They held a temporary role as a Research Officer at the Office for National Statistics in 2009 and provided research support at the Subject Centre for Higher Education Academy from 2007 to 2009. Marcus holds a PhD in Social Statistics and Gerontology, as well as a Master of Science in Gerontology, both from the University of Southampton, where they also earned a Bachelor of Science in Population Sciences.
