Mark Koziczynski

Mark Koziczynski is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Optum since March 2022, Mark leads the accounting and financial reporting functions for the OptumRx Manufacturer Discounts business. Prior to this role, Mark was the Associate Director of Internal Audit and Advisory Services at UnitedHealth Group from January 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and facilitating training on technical internal controls. Mark started a successful career at Deloitte, serving as an Audit Senior Manager from September 2009 to December 2017, focusing on public and private clients within the insurance industry.
