Mark Oda

Mark Oda is currently the Director of Marketing & Customer Operations at Optum, where they have leveraged their expertise in client and vendor relationships since 2014. Prior to this role, they worked as a consultant in marketing and business development from 2009 to 2014, blending leadership and communication skills to enhance clients' marketing efforts. Mark also owned a creative design and printing company from 2000 to 2008, managing all operations including business development and project management. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as General Manager at Norris Printing, Inc. and On-Air Radio Personality at WDEK Radio, showcasing their diverse experience in marketing and media. Mark earned a BA in Communications with a focus on Media Studies from Northern Illinois University in 1993.
