Mark Watters

Mark Watters is currently the Director of Business Performance and Analytics at Optum, where they drive performance and decision-making through strategic data analysis and high-impact reporting. Previously, Mark has held roles such as Associate Director of Workforce Planning & Business Orchestration and Director of Data Analytics and Reporting, contributing to operational efficiency and business strategy. Mark's extensive experience also includes positions at the Bank of Ireland as a Financial Analyst and Senior Treasury Analyst, as well as earlier roles in auditing and finance. Mark holds a BSc in Accounting from Ulster University and multiple certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PRINCE2.
