Mathieu Laducer

Mathieu LaDucer is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and business consulting sectors. Currently serving as Director of Sales at Optum since November 2021, Mathieu leads sales initiatives for the UHC Nursing Home Plan in New Jersey, driving significant membership growth and collaborating with various leadership teams to enhance product awareness. Prior to Optum, Mathieu held key roles at Apria Healthcare, including General Manager and Clinical Account Manager, where responsibilities included full profit and loss oversight and sales performance management. Earlier experience with ADP as a Small Business Consultant involved territory management and account growth strategies. Mathieu is a graduate of the University at Albany, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management, and has demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills as a Division I CAA Football Student Athlete during academic tenure.
