Matt Arrowood

Matt Arrowood is a certified Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Project, who has a demonstrated history of working in both the government and private sectors. Currently serving as a Master Project Scheduler at Optum, Matt oversees project scheduling with a focus on constraints, resourcing, and date management. Previously, they held several roles within the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, including Service Delivery Senior Manager and Deputy Director of Court Services, where they led teams in project deployments and managed day-to-day operations. Matt graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
