Matt Ruppert

Matt Ruppert is an experienced manager in healthcare IT project consulting with a tenure at Optum since July 2013. Over the years, Ruppert has successfully led initiatives including the rollout of an AI/ML Governance Program and managed extensive healthcare projects, coordinating teams of up to 140 individuals. His competencies encompass Agile methodologies, data analysis, project management, and resource forecasting. In addition to his role at Optum, Ruppert serves as Treasurer for the West Metro Fire-Rescue District Firefighters' Relief Association and volunteers as a Paid On-Call Firefighter. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato, supplemented by various certifications from DataCamp and Coursera.
