McKenzie Dow

Mckenzie Dow, PhD, is a highly experienced sport psychology consultant currently working at Performack Psychology and Optum as an EAP Onsite Wellness Consultant. Since September 2020, Mckenzie has also served as a psychology dissertation supervisor at Dublin Business School, guiding undergraduate students through their final year projects. Previously, Mckenzie held positions as an assistant lecturer in psychology at Saint Joseph's Shankill and as a research assistant, conducting a qualitative study on person-centred care for dementia patients. Earlier roles include assistant psychologist at Saint John Of God Hospitaller Services, where Mckenzie contributed to psychoeducational course implementation, and various positions in administration and support during academic years at the University of New Hampshire. Mckenzie holds a PhD in Public Health and Psychology from University College Dublin, alongside multiple degrees in psychology and sport psychology.
