Meghan DiSesa

Meghan DiSesa is currently the Director of Growth Planning & Chief of Staff at Optum, a role they began in 2024 after serving as Associate Director of Client Team Operations from 2021 to 2024. Previously, they gained diverse experience through positions such as a Growth Operations Consultant and Strategy & Policy Specialist at UnitedHealthcare Community & State, where they contributed to business development and strategic initiatives. Meghan also held roles at various organizations, including an intern position at The Heritage Foundation and as a campaign intern for Glen Sturntevant's Virginia Senate campaign. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Grove City College.
