Melanie Hendrix has held multiple leadership roles at Optum, including Director of Network Policy, Process and Administration, and Network Manager in Provider Services, starting in 2010 and continuing until 2021. Previously, they served as the Director of Provider Services at Comprehensive Care Corporation from 1997 to 2004. Currently, Melanie is pursuing a Master of Arts in Sociology/Gerontology at the University of New Orleans.
