Melany Rabideau

Melany Rabideau, DOL, MPH, LBBP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health, operational excellence, and advisory services. As the Founder and Head of Optum Match™ and a Director in Advisory Services at Optum, Melany has demonstrated leadership in healthcare innovation from April 2024 to July 2022. Currently, Melany serves as an Adjunct Professor at both Hood College and The African Leadership University, contributing to the education of future public health leaders. Earlier roles include Systems Analyst at Frederick Regional Health System, Director of Patient Analytics at Frederick Health, and various positions in WellSpan Health, showcasing a strong foundation in healthcare analytics and patient services. Melany also has a background in writing as an Author with Little Readers and Leaders and has held advisory roles such as with Zults.
