Previously, they held various counseling roles, including serving as a Counselor and Clinical Director at multiple health organizations. With a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Melissa has extensive experience in behavioral health, case management, and clinical supervision, contributing significantly to mental health services over the years. They have also held leadership positions in professional associations to further advance the field of counseling.
